工作說明：

Overall Role Purpose
The Retail business is one of the important channels for DHL to stimulate non account (cash) revenue as well as providing convenient drop off locations for existing & potential customers. Although there is a number of Express Centres in major cities across the region, many are not staffed and run by Sales personnel. In addition, there are opportunities to build relationships with 3rd party resellers where it is not cost effective to have express centres staffed by DHL employees.

Key activities

1. Retail Business Strategy
- Study the Cash customers profile and analyse competitive landscape
- Conduct feasibility study where appropriate
- Develop a winning and viable retail business strategy for the country
2. Implementation of Retail Strategy
- Develop strategy implementation plan(s), detailing key objectives, tasks, timelines and budgets
- Identify and negotiate with retailers who have a large presence, no. of outlets or network of customers nationwide (eg. National convenience store chains, office goods delivery companies, etc)
- In consultation with Marketing and Operations, construct a network of express centres with strong DHL branding,

3. Retail Operations
- Establish, operate and maintain an efficient retail operating system (people, process and system) to maximise and sustain a steady revenue stream from express centres
- Continuously improve, refresh and revitalise products and services to meet changing customer needs
- Working jointly with Marketing, develop creative and impactful products, services and programmes to grow the retail business

4. Performance Monitoring, Improvement & Reporting
- Monitor business performance on a periodic basis
- Analyse business trends, trading patterns and customer profiles
- Develop proactive and reactive strategies and tactics to deal with issues and problems
- Compile monthly reports detailing service standards and performance of the retail business segment

• Highly developed experience in the field of retails sales and marketing with demonstrated understand of and exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and consumer behaviour concepts.

• Ability to align qualitative thinking to quantitative analysis in order to reach and justify a strategic or tactical decision

• Team-player and proven leadership and influencing skills.

• A minimum of 5 years’ strategic planning experience in consumer marketing.

• Experience in sales, sales process and partnership management.

• Strategic planning experience in services or consumer marketing.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Retail outlet management and network optimisation, preferably from a service perspective.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Express industry.

• Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication are essential.
